Hi there.

So today i feel very happy. Like, jittery with excitement and I don't even know why. The only thing that pissed me off is that i have yet to receive my welcome e-mail.

okay. so that's the only thing that interfered with a wonderful day. I'd love to tell you why I'm so happy, but i actually don't know why. hahaha.

so anyways, enjoy this painting i did for my art project at school. we had to paint our surroundings, and i saw two pots of plants in front of my classroom door so I painted it.

So, I had this unimportant math test that I was late for today.

Seriously, it was completely irrelevant.

But what's relevant is the outfit that i wore today.

Okay, it's not really relevant, it's just one of my go-to outfits that i usually wear when I'm in a hurry. But i do like it, plus it's super duper comfy to wear.

especially if you're going to sit your butt down for 2 hours on a teeny tiny chair with your 2b pencil and 40 numbers of math questions.

top = mango

jeggings = marks & spencer

shoes = andre comfort (my absolute favorite pair of shoes, no doubt!-well, until i get a new one that's far more interesting)

necklace = vintage

I am just absolutely obsessed with Marchesa,

and i don't know why.

I like this dress, i don't know why though

it sort of reminds me of a ballerina-how the bottom of the dress looks like a swan's feathers. and the detail of the dress, just-oh my. absolutely amazing.

I absolutely adore this dress my sister got for me.

it drapes my figure perfectly but it is a little heavy to wear, but that doesn't matter does it? as long as it looks good;)

Oh and the necklace is cute too, it reminds me of Ravenclaw so i just had to buy it!

I don't usually like overly dramatic designs, but this one by Tex Savario caught my eye. It looks very beautiful, don't you think? I especially love the top half of the dress, I mean, it looks sooo good! I'd love to see this in a movie; a stylish, icy, wicked witch could pull this off. You know, like Tilda Swinton as Jadis in Narnia

What i would give to wear that on a serene summer morning! sigh.

I mean, come on! just look at how the fabric falls perfectly on the model's figure.

I'd love to have it in my closet, if only the price range wasn't so high.

I'm not really smooth with introductions, so let's just get on with it.

I'm Carissa Tridina, call me Chee.

I was born on the 21st of September 1997, I live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I love my country but i do hope to get the hell out of here, like, ASAP.

I like fashion, music, and literature.

I daydream A LOT.

I am so lazy i could stay glued to my couch and TV for a whole day.

I aspire to work in a fashion magazine, or a fashion company, or a fashion anything!

I'd like to live in New York someday. You know, live the dream.

Oh, and speaking of dreams, mine is of my future and it's already planned out impeccably!

1.) Get good grades (which I sometimes find is hard due to the internet, argh!)

2.) Get into my high school of choice

3.) Get into a fashion school (somewhere in NY, preferably Parsons or FIT!)

4.) Oh, and a scholarship for said school. Education is expensive man!

5.) Graduate with flying colors

6.) MBA

7.) Job

8.) Meet the right guy to have a family with:)

Nah, i kid at the eighth one.

Hmm, i guess that's it then. I don't know what else to say so
